Deliverability Investigation
Read-only WAPI endpoints for investigating delivery outcomes, bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes within your account.
All responses use the standard WAPI envelope: { success: true, data: ... } or { success: false, error: { code, message } }.
Queries are limited to a 90-day window and a maximum page size of 50. Recipient investigation uses a POST body, so email addresses are never put in the URL or query string.
- Get Summary for counts by event status and time window.
- List Affected Recipients for bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, or other affected recipients.
- Investigate Recipient for suppression state and recent message history.
