Contacts Directory API

The Contacts Directory API provides control over your global customer profiles. Use it to idempotently create or update contact details, manage global status settings, and define custom metadata properties.

Unlike list-specific subscriptions, a contact in the Contacts Directory represents a single master identity. Enforcing global contact compliance limits (e.g. status updates, verification) happens at this level.
